Hi John. listees,
my posting wasn't meant to end up on the list, of course. ;) I don't know
what I did wrong, but it doesn't matter.

What I've written to Mirko about Kerchner was nothing new and what I
referred to can be found in the archive under the subject line MIFFLIN. I
think no more needs to be said. Basically, I told Mirko that he should get
prepared to write his parcel off.

My missing Sikhote Alin might still get here (to Australia), it's just long
overdue. I've bought from the guy a few times before and despite his
somewhat dubious reputation there were no problems at all. I only bought
'safe' specimens, like Sikhotes or similar material because I didn't want to
pollute my collection.

I can assure you that I will out him if I don't get the specimen within the
next couple of weeks. There was a long delay before he - apparently - posted
the specimen and his excuses were foolish and not credible.

I'll keep you posted.

nachdem was ich ueber Kerchner gelesen habe und er mir selbst geschrieben
hat, wuerde ich mir keine Hoffnung mehr machen, die bestellte und bezahlte
Ware zu erhalten.

Ich kann bestaetigen, dass Kerchner ein Luegner ist, andere metlist
Mitglieder sagen, dass er auch ein Dieb ist. Sicher weisst du von dem Stein
in Mifflin, der einem Farmer gestohlen worden war und der angeblich einzige,
der als Dieb in Frage kam war Kerchner.

Dass er seitdem sich nicht mehr auf der metlist zeigt, ist zwar kein Beweis,
aber es sagt doch einiges aus, denke ich.

Ich bin gerade selbst dabei $300 in den Wind zu schreiben, nachdem ich seit
fast 3 Monaten auf einen Sikhote Alin aus den USA warte (nicht von
Kerchner). Noch habe ich die Hoffnung nicht aufgegeben, zumal ich schon
mehrfach von dem Typen gekauft hatte, er ist aber unberechenbar bedingt
durch eine - wie ich glaube - geistige Behinderung.

Es tut mir Leid, dass ich dir keine bessere Auskunft geben kann und ich
hoffe, dass wir beide letzten Endes doch noch unsere Ware bekommen werden.

I need help.
Does anyone have contact with Joe Kerchner from Mendota?
I'm waiting now 5 months on my package.
A month after my payment yet he replied to my e-mails.
He had too much to do and little time for anything else.
He apologized and wanted to send the parcel onemonth later.
Now 3 months later I still have not received my parcel.
To all my E-Mails I get no answer.
Does anyone here have made ??such a bad experience with this person?
Who can contact Joe Kerchner?
