As someone who bought one of these slices from ET, I can assure you that
this material is absolutely amazing. For those of you that have FaceBook

The vugs are filled with some very interesting structures including what in
my slice looks like iron pyrite crystals (as per Jason Utas' observation
under the microscope). Anyways, a feast for the eyes!

Hi List Members,

I have some awesome slices of Chico, New Mexico, L6 impact melt available
for anyone interested. Chico is an absolutely beautiful and historic
meteorite on display at University of New Mexico's Institute of Meteoritics.
This meteorite, from the Lincoln LaPaz collection, is super cool and has
large melt veins, vesicles, and huge vugs filled with accreted metal. The

Additional slices are available but the pictures give you an idea of what
the meteorite looks like plus the sizes and weights.
