you can make meth in a coffee cup over a candle. From Oregon to Houston is the meth central. Dont carry any cash, wear old clothes preferably jeans and if confronted ask them where you can get a hit too. By being their friend? and taking them to get a buzz you can drop them off at the local police station. The young boy or girl with bad teeth and sores like scabies is a tweaker. they may even be over 50. if your not from Texas your an outsider and fair game.
