Hi All,

Kevin may be operating two cameras. The video on this website:

http://elpasoallsky.blogspot.com/

is labeled correctly -- the camera location is a little NE of
Coleman. Dirk: you'll want to correct the camera location
indicated on your website here...

olide-major-meteor.html>

... since the caption is misleading:

"Texas Bolide Meteor Fireball 1FEB2012
(c) Hawley, TX Sandia Sentinel Allsky / Kevin Palivec"

Perhaps Kevin ~lives~ in Hawley, but that video was definitely
taken near Coleman. I don't know why this kind of confusion
seems to happen every time there is a U.S. fireball, but somehow
it always manages to screw me.
