First, I had to take a short trip out of town early last week. This, combined with the Easter holiday, slowed down the delivery of my outgoing packages. All orders have been shipped out as of last week and should have arrived already, or should be arriving any day now for international buyers. As always, as a member of this mailing list, you get a 20%-OFF discount on all website prices. Use the coupon code "metlist" at checkout to get the discount. If you have any trouble with the discount code or checkout, contact me via email. Also, I have taken some new photos of the beautiful lapidary pieces made by Jason Borst. The previous photos were dark and subdued. They did not sufficiently show off the gorgeous colors present in the pieces. For most of the pieces, I have added a single new photo showing the piece outside in natural daylight - this shows off the colors as they look in person. Please take a look at these beautiful specimens here - http://www.galactic-stone.com/products/jason-borst-creations Lastly, I have some micromounts of the Udei Station meteorite. This meteorite fell in a remote area of Nigeria in 1927. It is a rare ungrouped silicated iron IAB, one of 44 known. See here - http://www.galactic-stone.com/product/udei-station--rare-1927-witnessed-fall-silicated-iron-meteorite-micros Oh, I almost forgot...... I have several new large iron meteorites from Pat Mulvany available. These are big centerpiece-quality pieces with sculpted shapes that have been rustproofed by Pat. They are guaranteed not to rust and will remain stable for a lifetime of display. These are ideal for outreach or educational use where the meteorites will be handled regularly. See all of the available specimens at this link. Note, I also have one of the rare silver-patina specimens available! - http://www.galactic-stone.com/products/stabilized-iron-meteorites See all of the latest offerings here - http://www.galactic-stone.com/products/brand-new Trinitite & Radioactives - http://www.galactic-stone.com/products/trinitite Fossil amber and insects in amber - http://www.galactic-stone.com/products/copal-amber Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!
