There is a lot of discussion of the GPS accuracy. They do not mention explicitly correcting for the satellite motion (moving clock frame) among all the specific corrections they apply. They do diagram and discuss the GPS satellite as if it were in a fixed reference frame; they don't SAY that but they talk about the satellite as if it were. van Elburg may well have pinpointed their mistake. Their "speeding" measurements may be so accurate and consistent because they're measuring a well- known effect of special relativity, and measuring it very well! But it's got to be embarassing if true... Sterling K.
