I agree with Bills response.
As for the ethics, that will only come into play if you sell it. Ethically you fully disclose the condition. Don't and you are being unethical.

Personally I wouldn't be as interested in glued meteorite if I knew that it was. I'd rather have both pieces. If I do buy a glued specimen, it would have to be virtually undetectable and I'd still want a huge discount.
