Hi List:
Is there a way to tell if a meteorite is a Chondrite by looking at the fusion crust, or looking a just the exterior? ?I have noticed many times meteorites pictured and they are fully crusted, but are called chondrites. ?Is it just experience of looking at many chondrites or something about the fusion crust that you are able to tell the difference?.
