Hi Count,

Congratulations on the find! I must have missed your first post to
the List about it, or my memory fails me. :)

That stone is certainly not your typical dry lake or desert find, in
terms of freshness. It's a lot prettier and fresher than the ancient
weathered finds we see coming out the desert southwest.

I'm curious what the terrestrial age of a stone such as this would be.
 It appears to be quite recent and not thousands or hundreds of years
old.

I wonder if this stone can be connected to any known bolide events in
recent memory? It would be great if this find could be fall.
