If you sell something to me personally at a certain weight it better weigh that much that is my expectation. If i buy something that is a micro-mount with no weight specified i usually ask the seller for an approximate weight to give me an idea of what i am buying and that is when i would get a weight that has a range for example 10 - 20 mg which is a rough estimation and that would give me an idea of the size of the mount.. but when people sell something with a specific weight or say that the weight is at least a certain amount then they are responsible to provide what they are selling rather then come up with lame excuses.
