The 'moon' is actually a close-up image of lunar meteorite, NWA 482, as several had stated. I thought I would have fun making it into a lunar 'eclipse' last week. It only took about three hours, mostly figuring out Paint Shop features needed to do what I wanted. :) Happy Holidays!!
