Here is a new one. I don't know who the seller is, but reading the
description makes it sound like the IMCA has gone into the
classification and testing business.

receive a full refund, including shipping, if these do not pass
laboratory analysis or authentication tests by IMCA."

The seller's feedback isn't too great either.
