seems to me if Seti Was realy interested in looking for messages from other civilizations they would be tuning into relativistic wave phase modulation of ULF frequencies. The time span from ordinary radio waves to relativistic transmissions would be expotential like our increase in knowlege. The Military has an experimental wave phase modulation array constructed in Alaska. Any advanced civilization would be using this instant faster than light quantum mechanics communication. Humans are only 10 to 25 years away from this tech. Give it time people. Cheers. Steve
