Where are "They?" Well, going on the the evidence we have accumulated so far from exploring the planets and other cosmic bodies in our solar system..and I would include the findings of amino acids and fossilized nanonacteria in certain meteorites..it could very well be that "They" have already existed and been extincted on one or more of those bodies. "They" were "There" and didn't survive.
