Hi Listees,

With no official word yet on the petrologic type of the new Wisconsin
meteorite, does anyone want to guess what the final type will be?

We know it is a brecciated ordinary chondrite, but is it an L6, L5, or ...?

Listed below are the types of the known falls since the year 2000.
The type is listed and then how many of that type have fallen. If
only the type is listed, then that type has fallen only once since
2000.

You will notice that there is an overwhelming majority of certain OC
types and only one iron.

The full chart with individual fall dates, types, and locations can be

Best regards and happy huntings (and collectings!),
