[meteorite-list] Buzzard Coulee/export permits

Well, the seller says...
"I was told that if they are rocks for study wasn/t nessary reply I/m not
sure I have no permits"
I could be wrong, but I'm fairly certain that is incorrect.
Anybody know for sure?
