[meteorite-list] Bound Catalogs?

All,

I have gotten a number of private responses to my inquiry. It seems that no one who answered has used a on demand printing company to publish a catalog in the way I was thinking but some have done something similar at their local Kinkos using a spiral bindng.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to respond.

On searching the Blurb website for "meteorite" I find only one book, which is filled with watercolor paintings of meteorites.
