Thanks for your enthusiasm Eric. I think the requirements exceed a fund-raiser
by just a little bit too much though.

Roughly, new cameras would run in the very low 7-figures and the CSS-II effort
(referred to in the report as CSS+) would run in the high 8-figure range for the
entire lifetime of program.
