Hello list members,
 
Thought some of you might enjoy this exchange of correspondence between George Merrill from the U.S.N.M/Smithsonian and George English of Ward's Natural Science Establishment. The letter from English is faint because it was written with a pencil. These are original letters that I have had for many years, a gift from a dear friend. From time to time I look at them for a bit of perspective.
