Dear List Members,

Thank you to all who have offered their congratulations on the recovery of
NWA 5400, the incredible Earth-Related Meteorite. I would also like to thank
all of the scientists and institutions who have worked so hard to unlock
some of the secrets that NWA 5400 holds. Current and future analysis should
provide amazing information on this truly 'Stand-Alone' meteorite!

Since NWA 5400 has no other meteorite to compare to, I ask myself, "How do I
price such a scientifically important meteorite, perhaps even the 'most'
important meteorite ever discovered?" I feel NWA 5400 should command
per-gram prices in the range of Lunaites and Martians, but considering the
difficult economy and my desire to make this fantastic meteorite affordable,
I am willing to consider reasonable offers for considerably less. Please
check out all of the 54 available specimens below, note that there are only
12 large complete slices, true Museum-Quality specimens that should not be
missed! I will review offers through this Friday at which time I will start
to accept offers I like. Please note that I will be attending the Ensisheim
& Saint Marie Shows from June 16-28th so I will not be able to communicate
or ship during that time frame, unless of course I hand carry it to France.

After cutting, polishing, providing type samples and wishing to preserve the
majority of NWA 5400 in a 3.426 kg main mass, there is only 978.2 grams
available to collectors and museums. Each professionally prepared thin-cut
specimen comes with a color ID from The Hup? Collection. The large complete
slices were very difficult to photograph due to the high polish so the
images have a washed-out look, rest assured they are 'much' better looking
in person!
