Nomenclature Committee and how it is?financially supporting the illegal export of meteorites from countries where it is prohibited. I never knew that this was such a? problem, when did this become a big issue? Also lets say that the research that has been conducted on these?meteorites are all done legally with the scientist then how can one prove or disprove Nomenclature Committee is financially supporting the illegal exportation of meteorites from countries where it is prohibited? The question does not lie with them, it lies with the dealers and collectors. The Committee is implemented to classify meteorites and without that step the science?of?meteoritics would be alot more difficult for classification for all areas of expertise. ? ? Now to the POP QUIZ question: ? Which historic meteorite fall quickly became famous because it caught the interest of a king because his advisors reveled to him that the stone was a vow of Gods favor to him? If you are?the first individual to email me off-list with the correct name of the king and the meteorite fall, you will receive a free Tagish Lake meteorite fragment. http://www.flickr.com/photos/48262799 at N03/4675848210/sizes/l/ Shawn Alan IMCA 1633 eBaystore http://shop.ebay.com/photophlow/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p4340 ?
