Date: Tue, 14 Dec 2010 06:45:23 -0700 (MST) Message-ID: <c9ad8fdcf5d8fb387fddce4e04c068ee.squirrel_at_webmail.lpl.arizona.edu> Hi Everyone: Part of the reason Nancy and I finally resigned as Editors of Meteorite was the lack of transparency with respect to things like subscriptions and how they were handled (Maria Haas, Nancy, and I tried to resolve this when we worked on the August issue, just before things happened that led to our resignation). I do not know how this might change now that everything is being done at the University of Arkansas where the magazine is actually published. If you only received the first issue, it is because you did not pay for 2010. Subscribers get the February issue and a notice to renew (not sure how this is done) and if they do not hear from you, I think that they just let your subscription expire (at least that is how I think it worked). Not the way I would like to see it handled and maybe with new people in Arkansas, things will improve. Frustrated ex-editor. Larry Lebofsky > I have only received the first issue, too!
