[meteorite-list] Were there any fireballs near LA on Dec 1st?

It is not an Iridium flare, although it the right time of day for it. It
appears to have an elongated tail, so it isn't an orbital reflection off another
low orbit satellite. You might check decay predictions for the day IF you know
the location and exact time.
