Ebay makes the rules and knowing how scummy lawyers are they should have seen this coming and taken steps to prevent such litigation from ever happening. Perhaps by closing an account of anyone who does not want to play by the rules. They should at least bail this guy out here and pay his legal fees until they can boot this scum bag. .Carl -- Carl or Debbie Esparza Meteoritemax ---- George Blahun <ks1u at att.net> wrote: > While it's unfortunate to see this type of litigation, I'll bet the buyer could have avoided the suit if he had simply stated the facts and not made a judgement about the "ethics" of the seller. I have rarely left negative or neutral feedback, but when I have it was simply a statement of fact, (e.g. two months to deliver item, wrong item, no response to email etc.). Sometimes our anger and desire to be clever can be cause more trouble for us than we expect. > > George > > ______________________________________________ > Visit the Archives at http://www.meteoritecentral.com/mailing-list-archives.html > Meteorite-list mailing list > Meteorite-list at meteoritecentral.com > http://six.pairlist.net/mailman/listinfo/meteorite-listReceived on Mon 12 Apr 2010 03:42:15 PM PDT |
