[meteorite-list] What makes a hammer a hammer?

Good evening Folks,

It's been a long time, but I'd like to add something: To me--as I have
understood it for many years--a "Hammer" is nothing more than a meteorite that
impacts a man-made object....and/or perhaps the occasional critter.....Nothing
more--Nothing less.
