There are two main services for legally viewing TV episodes on-line-- www.hulu.com and www.veoh.com. But it is hit or miss if the content you want will be made available, and there are restrictions-- they may limit the program to viewers from US ip addresses, and they don't "allow" downloading-- you can only watch the streaming video, without "officially" being able to save it (of course there are always tools for getting around it, but even if you could save it, the video isn't really top quality.) The science channel itself puts some videos on-line for viewing http://science.discovery.com/ but-- from just a few seconds of playing with it-- there seems to be no way to make it full screen and no way to fast-forward or rewind on the video. And you still may be restricted on where you can view it. Your best bet is probably to keep an eye out on http://thepiratebay.org/ for the next few days following the broadcast in case someone posts it. http://www.dessent.net/btfaq/ Received on Sat 04 Apr 2009 12:25:36 PM PDT |
