Good Morning-
   For those of you waiting- I just got an email at 9:30 this morning from Amazon that my book shipped. The book must have been released and Amazon now has them in.
   The odd thing was yesterday I got an email from them offering to cancel my order (if I didn't respond) as the delivery date was now undetermined. I'm glad I responded to continue with the order.
