It has only been a few days, so yes you are :-)

I would imagine some graduate student somewhere is working on it and well,
having been a graduate student myself............

In my case, when I sent my check a few years back, It was nearly a year and
only after several emails did I my membership actually become official.

Hope your case doesn't turn into my case :-(
