..just had a thought - if one was to bid on at $13,000,000 item - would
they be charged for the eBay fees even if I refused to pay?
It'd be worth the bad feedback - especially if they had to cough the fees to
eBay before getting them refunded due to buyer non-payment!

Ideas?
