 Hi Fellow Meteorite Lovers,
Just a brief note to let you know my hammers page is growing
by leaps and bounds. I now have almost 35 different historical falls
available including photos of the falls, photos of fire balls, links to
videos, specimens available at very competitive prices, etc.
Thanks to Rob Elliott for the latest photo addition - the roof
of the building struck by Moss (I also have the outhouse and the
plumb tree!)
The success of the grand opening of the page on Sept. 19th stirred
a surge of research on my part resulting in many more acquisitions
now available, as well as new photos, information, etc.
Martin Horejsi told me he considered the site a significant
contribution to meteoritic documentation. (blush, blush) I must admit
even I am impressed with it!
I have, however, been shocked by the number of friends I have asked
if they liked it who responded, "Oh, I haven't been there yet." So, let
me encourage you - you certainly don't have to be "in the market" to buy
anything to enjoy seeing the information and photos on this page. (I
consider the photo of the Barwell bolide streaking past Albert Hall to be
worth the entire visit). See Mike Farmer standing next to huts in Thuathe,
see what the city of Heze looks like, see the Ugandan boy struck by a 3 gram
Mbale stone after it zipped through a bannana tree (which probably saved
his life) and don't miss the Moss outhouse!
So, here it is - check it out:

        Best wishes, Michael
PS: If anyone knows of (hammer) material available NOT on the above site,
please contact me off list. I give a reward for finding new material.
Thanks.
