I do not recall it ever being classified as a Brachinite although some might consider it the world's first CR7 or Metachondrite, whichever term one is more comfortable with. Some used the term in the past "Brachinite-like" to describe it on ebay and a few web-sites. http://tin.er.usgs.gov/meteor/metbull.php?code=23779 Take Care, Adam ----- Original Message ----- From: <Impactika_at_aol.com> To: <raremeteorites_at_comcast.net>; <meteorite-list@meteoritecentral.com> Sent: Monday, July 10, 2006 6:25 PM Subject: Re: [meteorite-list] Re: new isotopic results suggest new classifications for... > In a message dated 7/10/2006 7:00:43 P.M.
