the question is,
 Was the exchange of Achondrites part of the deal? If
 someone owes me $$$$ and instead sends me a box of
 rocks instead of payment, it is not acceptable
 unless
 both parties agreed to partial payment via stones
 instead of cash.
 Bob, McCartney, what exactly was the deal, was
 exchange ever discussed and agreed to by both
 people?
