Bah the solar system is in ruin!

"dwarf planet" is incommensurate with the use of words in publication in
countries, which obey "Political Correctness".
I'm not a native speaker, so help me to find the right term.

orbitally challenged planet?
massively challenged planet?
populatedly challenged planet?
bureaucratically challenged planet?
