Do not let this person try to make you feel bad. Demand your rights to your
property. An auction is an auction.

The entire foundation of Ebay is built on the principle of a fair auction.
Ebay has a Reserve category for those who do not want to let merchandise go
for lower than a set price. This person did not use it to save money.

If you let him get away with it, he will most likely do it to someone else.

Spoken from a number of experiences.

Well, you have two choices:

1 - let it go, and lose the good deal
2 - Demand he sell to you, have him refuse, leave him negative feedback, and

get some yourself, and still not get the item.

There is no way that this person is going to sell you the item for the bid
price, no matter what you do, short of taking him to court.

Its your call...
