[meteorite-list] Something serious

I guess Mike is right in saying that whoever started them is just jealous of his success, and to make themselves feel bigger, they have to try to drag him down to their level. As most of you know through a few of my previous posts to the list, I was one of the lucky people fortunate enough to be on one of Mike's recent Oman trips. I can state emphatically that NONE of these lies being said about him are true. Many times I saw Mike stopping and getting out of his vehicle to PICK UP somebody else's trash. NEVER did I see him leave any. Every point Mike made in his rebuttal was absolutely truthful and logical. That he would call the police on someone doing the same thing as he was doing is just so stupid it's not even worth talking about. And the lies about him littering also reflect on me and Jerry, as I guess we would "guilty by association" of either doing the same, or of "allowing" Mike to trash up the place and us not do anything about it. That makes this lie an attack on ALL 3 of us as far as I can see. So, I state categorically that neither Mike, Jerry, nor I are litterbugs. In fact, we all 3 HATE littering. When we left our campsites, you would be hard pressed to know it had been a campsite, except for the tracks and the disturbed dirt from the filled-in pits where we BURIED anything/everything we couldn't burn or haul out of there to take back to trash cans at businesses along the highway.
