Regarding the park Forest Winslow street specimen. For one, "Hammer stone"
sounds really stupid. I don't know who coined that term, but really, I hate
it.
Second, a meteorite that smashed a hole in a house, whether from direct
impact, or bouncing, deserves the distinction of the damage it caused. It
also damaged a car and put a hole in the street, and some pieces landed on
top of the neighbors home.
I got alot of pieces of that meteorite, so did Bob Evans and other people.
Michael Cottingham bought some from me so there is no doubt about what he is
selling.
