Thanks Bernd. It has been a long time in planning and was posted just a
couple of days ago when I got a few more specimens to fill out the
classifications. I'm still missing the Type-3 E-Chondrites so if anyone is
feeling generous and wants to give me some nice pieces for my collection I
can add them to the page! ;-)

If anyone is interested I also just added the page below. It's a small
endcut of NWA 3147 which is a beautiful fresh Eucrite but what is amazing is
the Plagioclase laths are visible in the black fusion crust as tiny bumps
peeking through!!!

Hello All,

http://www.meteorites.com.au/odds&ends/Type3Pictorial.html

That's a *great* site because it literally invites meteorite freaks
to let their eyes wander over these pics of H, L, LL, transitional
and carbonaceous chondrites as they advance from less equilibrated
to more equilibrated types. Don't forget to click on them so that
you get a close-up view of these chondrule beauties !

Cheers,

Bernd
