Have a question: I have a nice 1kg piece of Brahin , shaped like a pie slice. It is crusted on the 'pan' edge side. It is very stable for Brahin, and yes - I got it from Finmet - 4 years ago. I want to cut it into slices, but have not a clue as to what kind of equipment will be successful at this, and I also question my own capability to pull it off. Is it worth it to any of the pro cutters out there to have it done? What kind of a price to put this in 4 or 5 nice slices? Or.. I will pay by offering the cutter part of the production. Thanks for any info. CharlyV Received on Wed 05 May 2004 12:49:14 AM PDT |
