Dear Stuart:
Thanks for the photographs. They are excellent and I cannot recall any meteorite that shows some of these features.
I am doubly busy these days endeavoring the accomplish a reasonable good survey of the impactite that I've found here at the crater - an amazing thing to have been overlooked so long.
I received the little iron. I wonder if you can tell me how to remove it from the bakelite without injury to the surface that is embedded. I want to study the fusion crust some more.
Received the order for the three irons of Canyon Diablo which will be shipped within a few days. I'll supply the desired data with each of these specimens. Thanks.
