How do they figure that this deals a blow to anyone but them, and only
if they are providing results to someone else anyway? Have any list
members been accused recently of misconduct? The only people being
accused of misconduct are BCC themselves.

They have a nice micro collection of misconduct articles on their site.
This looks like classic behavior to try and validate themselves, by
looking like they are on the side of the good guys.

Have they actually sold anything yet, does anyone know?=20
