Hi List,

I joined the list about a year ago and have really learned alot. The list has
helped me out tremendoulsy with meteorite related subjects. I hope we don't
have to get to the point of needing a mediator. I agree with Marcie re: healthy
competition and constructive criticism. I also feel if someone has a true
complaint that they can fully back up, that it would be helpful to come to the
list for support and guidance. I would worry that a mediator could be biased. I
would like to see things handled in an professional manner without all of the
insulting remarks. Horseplay and teasing is always fun but continuous crude
remarks should not be tolerated. It would be nice for interested members and
newcomers to write in re: certain subjects without fear of being criticized for
asking. Let's keep the list fun and interesting so that everyone can enjoy it.
Let's face it, we can all learn from this list. This is the greatest source of
combined meteorite knowledge. Let's keep it that way.
