If someone is doing it on ebay it's for their own profit and someone is actually going to loose by it. In this case no one looses as no one knows any better. Offering her a real piece of a meteorite is a good idea, but directly attacking her and forcing her to accept that her family history is incorrect, and that she must take a new piece of meteorite, will not help anyone. It will cause negative publicity for her, no collector will gain, and children will not be interested anymore.=20 =20 If she chooses to believe what her mother told her, so what? We know it's not right, and if she tries to sell the stone we can do something about it. Till then she isn't hurting anyone.=20 =20 The principle of the matter I understand. It's not a meteorite. But in the circumstances, let it go. For the sake of the children, if you know what I mean. Lets rather start a thread on something we can gain from.=20 ------_=_NextPart_001_01C315CF.46C9FEC4 Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <html> <head> <META HTTP-EQUIV=3D"Content-Type" CONTENT=3D"text/html; = charset=3Dus-ascii"> <meta name=3DGenerator content=3D"Microsoft Word 10 (filtered)"> <style> <!-- /* Style Definitions */ p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {margin:0in; margin-bottom:.0001pt; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} a:link, span.MsoHyperlink {color:blue; text-decoration:underline;} a:visited, span.MsoHyperlinkFollowed {color:purple; text-decoration:underline;} span.EmailStyle17 {font-family:Arial; color:navy;} _at_page Section1 {size:8.5in 11.0in; margin:1.0in 1.25in 1.0in 1.25in;} div.Section1 {page:Section1;} --> </style> </head> <body lang=3DEN-US link=3Dblue vlink=3Dpurple> <div class=3DSection1> <p class=3DMsoNormal><font size=3D2 color=3Dnavy face=3DArial = FAMILY=3DSANSSERIF><span style=3D'font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'>The focus is on = the story – they aren’t paying to go see a real meteorite, it’s = about the story.
