Hi I have been thinking - not that I do that very often - What does the = petrologic type 3.8 mean ? I understand the types 3-4-5-6 but when it comes to the decimals I fall = off. Can anyone enlighten me ? (or how it is spelled) I just bought a NWA 987 L3.8 so I want to know more about it.
