All of a sudden I'm reminded of yet ANOTHER third-person story I heard quite= =20 a while ago (from two dealers independent of each other) of a dealer/custome= r=20 who ordered material, agreed to regular monthly payments, but then asked for= a=20 postponement in the midst of the agreement, saying he couldn't afford the=20 payments.=A0 But a little investigation revealed that this dealer/customer w= as=20 actively, concurrently winning (and paying for) expensive ebay auctions at t= he=20 same time.=A0 It was pointed out to him rather strongly that he should be pa= ying=20 off existing creditors and agreements, before taking on new debts and paying= =20 them instead.=A0 =20 If all FOUR of these stories involve the same person (and face it, with what= =20 we've heard so far, would that really be a stretch?), I would strongly sugge= st=20 that potential customers use exactly the same tactics with him, that have=20 come to light in the last 24 hours (that's assuming of course, that people c= hoose=20 to continue to do business with him at all, a big assumption).=A0 The messag= e=20 might sink in, although as I think about it, in the case of my theatre-folk,= =20 common sense rarely sinks in if there's not much there to begin with.=A0=20 Are you out there, O Unknown Dealer/Collector? No one enjoys mob-rule or a= n=20 unfair witchhunt, but on the other hand, if no one steps forward to set the=20 record straight, we can only assume it already is. =20 Gregory --part1_6.142d3e83.2c2f7915_boundary Content-Type: text/html; charset="ISO-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
<FONT SIZE=3D2 FAMILY=3D"SANSSERIF" FACE= =3D"Arial" LANG=3D"0">
John Gwilliam:

<BLOCKQUOTE TYPE=3DCITE style=3D"BORDER-LEFT: #0000ff 2px solid; MARGIN-LEFT= : 5px; MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px; PADDING-LEFT: 5px">he went on a tirade about the u= njust way that he was being treated....blah blah blah blah blah!=A0 The rant= ing and raving went on for three emails.....[snip].......Could this be Steve= 's unhappy buyer?=A0=A0 Rob's short payer?

All of a sudden I'm reminded of yet ANOTHER third-person story I heard quite= a while ago (from two dealers independent of each other) of a dealer/custom= er who ordered material, agreed to regular monthly payments, but then asked=20= for a postponement in the midst of the agreement, saying he couldn't afford=20= the payments.=A0 But a little investigation revealed that this dealer/custom= er was actively, concurrently winning (and paying for) expensive ebay auctio= ns at the same time.=A0 It was pointed out to him rather strongly that he sh= ould be paying off existing creditors and agreements, before taking o= n new debts and paying them instead.=A0

If all FOUR of these stories involve the same person (and face it, with what= we've heard so far, would that really be a stretch?), I would strongly sugg= est that potential customers use exactly the same tactics with him, t= hat have come to light in the last 24 hours (that's assuming of course, that= people choose to continue to do business with him at all, a big assumption)= .=A0 The message might sink in, although as I think about it, in the case of= my theatre-folk, common sense rarely sinks in if there's not much there to=20= begin with.=A0

Are you out there, O Unknown Dealer/Collector?
