Dear List members,
  I suggest a total shunning....no replies to any request, nor replies, as this
perhaps is an ego problem in that some persons like to see the things that they
write "in press". Response of any kind generates more output. Read if you are
bored and delete if not. I for one am bored ....auto delete. Positive
