Not the best sentence structure... Are they saying that the 2001 find WAS a piece of Brenham, or just that it was a pallasite, SIMILAR to Brenham? ".... the latest find in Southampton looks as though it had been partially molten, perhaps from entering the earth's atmosphere or as a result of volcanic action on earth." Or perhaps from a smelting operation that dumped its slag into the lake? Hey, I hope it turns out to be a meteorite, but the odds of it happening twice, and the "molten" comments don't sound promising. Hey, at least they didn't say it was radioactive!
