1. What was the most recently discovered
impact crater for 1. North America? and
2. United States?

NOTE: by "impact crater", I refer to an impact
structure possessing its original rim and
depression intact and unburied enough to be
recognized by its surface topography.
(Buried craters are not included).

2. What was the most recently discovered impact
structure in 1. North America and 2. United States?

(It doesn't matter whether the structure is buried
or deeply eroded.)
