In the upcoming February issue of "Meteorite" I am publishing a feature
proving that William Thomson (1761-1806) discovered the "Widmanstatten Pattern"
four years prior to Widmanstatten.

Thomson found it when he etched the Krasnojarsk PAL.

If anyone has a quality digital image of the "Thomson Structure" of Kras they
can share, I will graciously acknowledge its contributor in exchange for it's
one-time use in "M". Please email it to me at MARSROX_at_aol.com for
consideration.

Happy Holidays to all,

Kevin Kichinka
