While I admit to a certain altruism for helping my fellow meteorite hunters by piling up all the offending rocks, my subconscious plan all along has been to build a sort of "Kilroy was here" legacy with all these cairns. Hard not to be motivated to leave some lasting calling card when you find so many Native American artifacts while searching for meteorites.
