Hello List,

Just received this news bit from a mineral dealer:

"Greetings,

As many of you are aware, the US recently imposed
sanctions against Burma. This includes any and all
products produced, mined, manufactured, grown or
assembled in Burma, including gems, jewelry and
mineral specimens."

I was wondering if the US has any other countries
pending sanctions? Wonder how soon the UN sanctions
against Lybia will be lifted?
